When The Ovary Achievers were planning an afternoon of pickleball for their Sydney conference, they came to Pulse Pickleball for custom branded paddles. About The Ovary Achievers
The Ovary Achievers is a US-based organisation that hosts conferences focused on women's health, menopause, and longevity. Their events bring together hundreds of attendees for education, connection, and community around topics that do not always get the airtime they deserve.
In August 2026, the group is bringing that conference to Sydney for the first time, hosting around 200 attendees at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. As part of the program, the group booked an afternoon of pickleball at House of Pickle, giving attendees a chance to get active, meet each other off the conference floor, and experience one of the fastest growing sports in the world.
Pickleball was a natural fit for the theme of the event. It is a sport that works for every age and fitness level, built around exactly the kind of movement and longevity the conference champions.
The Design Process
With attendees travelling from the US for the event, the paddles needed to feel like a genuine piece of merchandise worth bringing home, not just an activity prop.
- Design consultation. We worked with The Ovary Achievers team to get their branding and colours translated onto the paddle face.
- Mockup review. A digital mockup was shared for approval before production, so the team could sign off on the design ahead of the event.
- Production. Each paddle was built to the same specification as our retail range, with a polypropylene honeycomb core and quality face material, ready to perform on court and travel well afterwards.
- Delivery. Paddles were delivered ahead of the conference, ready for the group's afternoon at House of Pickle.
